The property features three spacious bedrooms, a newly fitted modern kitchen, and a dedicated office space with fibre broadband - perfect for remote working or simply staying connected. With an additional double sofa bed which can be made up on request at an additional cost, Seaspray comfortably accommodates up to eight guests.

Outside, a large private terrace offers breathtaking views across the bay, complete with handcrafted furniture, a suntrap BBQ area, outdoor shower and integral garage. It's the perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee as the tide rolls in or to watch the sunset with friends and family.

Nestled in the heart of Port Erin, one of the Isle of Man's most loved coastal villages, you'll be just moments from local cafés, restaurants, and shops, as well as the beautiful sandy beach that makes this bay so special. Spend your days paddleboarding, kayaking, or exploring the scenic coastal paths then relax in the evening with a glass of wine as the sun sets over Bradda Head.

Damage

Important! We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we now take a £35 fee from each booking as a damage waiver. This is included in the price you pay and covers you for up to £500 worth of accidental damages to the property that could occur whilst you are staying.
