Inside, the calming colour palette and elegant furnishings create a sense of easy luxury, while the ever-changing coastal views provide a stunning backdrop throughout the day.

The spacious lounge features a Smart TV and the well-equipped kitchen, with range cooker and all essentials, makes self-catering a pleasure. A bright sunroom opens out to the large private garden, complete with beautifully handcrafted furniture, perfect for coffee in the morning sun or an evening barbecue with family and friends.

Upstairs, a second reception room provides a peaceful spot to work or read, with sweeping views across the bay - ideal for a "work from home" escape by the sea.

Seaview sleeps six guests across three comfortable bedrooms, each with beautiful sea views. The master bedroom offers a super king bed that can be arranged as twin singles if preferred, alongside a double room and a twin room.

With ample parking directly outside on the promenade, generous storage for golf clubs, bikes and beach gear, and even a charming picnic basket for days exploring the coast, Seaview has everything you need for a memorable stay on Port Erin's stunning beachfront.

Parking: Parking is available at the front of the property and along Port Erin promenade.

EV charging: EV charging is not available at the property but there is a charging point very nearby on Port Erin promenade.

Changeover Day: Flexible. Arrival 4:00pm - departure 10:00am.

Pets: Two dogs accepted at an additional charge.

Power & Heating: Included.

Wi-Fi: Free Wi-Fi included.

Bedding & Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.

Accessibility: Please note, Seaview is not suitable for those with reduced mobility as it contains two tall flights of stairs.

Damage: Important! We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we now take a £35 fee from each booking as a damage waiver. This is included in the price you pay and covers you for up to £500 worth of accidental damages to the property that could occur whilst you are staying.
