Sleeping up to 10 guests, this charming farmhouse is nestled in the tranquil Manx countryside, offering peace, privacy, and the perfect base for exploring the Isle of Man.

This self-catering holiday home is located on a site with 5 smaller holiday cottages, however it is well positioned to ensure guests have privacy from other guests. Of course, the other holiday cottages mean it is a great base if accommodation for a high number of guests is required.

Step into a bright and modern kitchen and dining area, fully equipped with everything you need for a stress-free stay, including a hob, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine, and dryer. Gather around the large dining table with seating for ten - ideal for family meals or leisurely brunches.

The inviting living room provides comfortable seating for the whole group, complete with a Smart TV and access to the airy conservatory, where you can unwind with informal seating and views of the central and northern Manx hills.

With two bedrooms on the ground floor, along with a shower room, this property is a good choice if some of your group are less mobile.

First Floor

Bedroom 3: King size bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers and wardrobe

Ensuite: Shower, WC and wash hand basin.

Parking: Ample parking on the private driveway.

Changeover Day: Flexible. Arrival: 4:00pm, departure: 10:00am.

Pets: Two dogs accepted at an additional cost

Baby Equipment: A cot and high chair are available at an additional cost.

Power & Heating: Heating and electricity included.

Wi-Fi: Free Wi-Fi included.

Bedding & Linen: Bed linen and towels provided. Please provide your own beach towels.

Accessibility: This property is set over two levels. The living area is on the ground floor, along with two of the bedrooms, there is also a shower room on the ground floor. The property is suitable if some of the group are less mobile and there is immediate parking outside.

Damage: Important! We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we take a £35 fee from each booking as a damage waiver. This is included in the price you pay and covers you for up to £500 worth of accidental damages to the property that could occur whilst you are staying.
