A welcoming and sociable space with comfortable sofas, a TV and feature fireplace. The pool table makes this a great room for relaxed evenings and a little friendly competition.

Second sitting room

A separate, cosy sitting room with large comfortable sofas and a fireplace, providing the perfect spot to unwind with a book or enjoy some quieter time away from the main living areas.

Conservatory

A bright and inviting conservatory with comfortable seating and a warm, relaxed atmosphere. With direct access to the garden, it is a lovely space to sit and enjoy the surroundings throughout the day.

Accessibility

Please note, Dunluce is not suitable for those with reduced mobility due to stairs within the property and uneven areas within the garden. The stairs leading to Bathroom 1 are very steep and all bedrooms are located on the first floor.

Damage

Important! We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we now take a £35 fee from each booking as a damage waiver. This is included in the price you pay and covers you for up to £500 worth of accidental damages to the property that could occur whilst you are staying.
