Clean and comfortable although hard to warm up in the really cold weather without the log burner. Very well equipped for cooking at home

The location was good. Easy access to shops and beach. Parking was a challenge. Key safe worked well. Information about the property was good and timely. Arrival package was spot on. Plenty of crockery, cutlery and towels. Facilities were good. The shower head was mouldy, mould in the bedroom with the 2 singles. Mould on the extra chairs. The supplied stuff for the fire were inadequate. There were plenty of instructions for the equipment and the beds were comfy.

Excellent accommodation, had everything we wanted. Very clean and tidy with all necessary (and some welcome, if not strictly necessary) amenities.Location about as perfect as you could get.Peel is, arguably, the best location for exploring the island or for just relaxing.

Lovely cottage, a stones throw from the beach. Ample free parking and within 100 yards of the chippy, pubs and restaurants.Would definitely stay here again.

I left a written feedback card in the property. Back door alleyway needs a tidy / old overflowing paint tins . Would be useful to have a sensor light at front door . Back garden to side of f property not linked to properly but untidy ( difficult to sort but ,,,) a usable island map would be good to compliment on line. It was my user error re arrival / issues with key box but trying to sort I rung caretakers and it just rang then rang off with engaged tone . Did not receive a call back checking all ok which would have been good especially as we arrived out of core hours ( but our booking was clear that was the case. Perhaps more than one number ? at core arrival times / out of hours ? Welcome pack was lovely and more than kind .

Really well looked after property right by the beach. Had everything we needed. Wifi available as well. Would highly recommend staying here.Peel is a great base for an Isle of Man holiday with lovely beaches, good places to eat and plenty to see. There are a couple of small express supermarkets nearby.Island Escapes gave us plenty of information up front and were very quick to respond when a drain got blocked. We would use them again.

The cottage was well-situated in Peel and parking on the streets generally wasn't a problem. It was very clean and comfortable (especially the beds!) and we enjoyed staying there. The customer service I received from Island Escapes was exceptional. However, there was a lack of items which I would consider basic; for example, there was no salt and pepper; no foil, cling film or kitchen paper; only one black bag for rubbish and two dishwasher tablets. Other rental properties do provide these types of items. Finally, there was NO tin opener!

Stayed at 15 Duke street for 11 nights.Spotlessly clean. close to shops pubs and restaurants etc.Great costumer service by Island Escapes.Highly recommended.

This was our first visit to the Isle of Man and we thoroughly enjoyed every day of it. The accommodation was really clean, comfortable and in a great location. Surprised to be greeted with milk, bread, butter, tea and coffee but disappointed that there was no salt and pepper. We had our own car so travelled around all the island visiting all the great places of interested. We would definitely recommend the island and also the accommodations.

We have not been to Peel for 50 years. My wife had family there and remembers the busy fishing port - now gone and replaced by leisure boats.We had a great time. Forgotten how difficult it was to maintain bearings given the the streets are set at odd angles.The property was absolutely brilliant.

We loved the little cottage. We are 4 lady friends who came to play golf. It was very clean and looked recently decorated. It is so close to beach (street behind). The street outside is one way and it wasnt always possible to drive down it due to parking at the holiday home nearby. There is parking nearby but not outside the property. There is some damp in the walls. The kitchen was well appointed. The shower would be tricky if you were a tall man as the ceiling is low. Overall the property suited our needs very well!

Perfect location. Just off the beach and close to great pubs, cafes and museums/ landmarks. It was so clean and tidy too!!! Decor was very modern and the log burner was a great touch. Will definitely stay there again. Helped make our holiday one of the best weve ever had!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the 2-bedroom property. It was clean and everything was as described in the property particulars. It is in the centre of Peel Close to the seafront, shops and eating places. We would highly recommend it for a holiday stay.

Stayed at 15 Duke Street to be near family at Christmas. The house was comfy and warm and we had everything we needed. There was plenty of room for 3 guests. Beds were very comfortable. Location was perfect and very close to the beach.

Every thing was fine. clean & tidy.. 2 things needed attention & was rectified ASAP. A bread loaf, spreadable butter,& cheese was wating for us on arrival along with tea bags, coffee & milk.

The house is beautifully decorated, furnished and equipped to a high standard. The location is brilliant too being so close to the beach and local restaurants.

Our holiday home was beautiful. Spotlessly clean . We even had a few essential on arrival which topped it off perfectly. We were located on the beach front and could hear the sea at night it was perfect. We parked just across the road with no problem at all . We rented the cottage during a music festival in Peel. The location was ideal between the venues, but more so because with bright weather having the beach in your doorstep is a treat. Its a quiet street too so little noise from vehicles or passers-by. Would recommend it!

This was a return to the Island after many years and it was good to see the place is just as good as remembered. The property on Duke St is in excellent condition and very well kitted out, with all you could need. Peel is not a big town, but there's enough shops and places to eat, along with an excellent beach. Only issue is parking in the narrow streets, but the sea front is literally 20m away, so we managed ok.

We would definitely return to this cottage. Everything looked brand new with lovely beds with comfy toppers. Davidson's ice cream shop was just a few yards away. Very tempting! Cleanliness was of a very high standard. We had everything we needed and more. Congratulations to Island Escapes. I also really enjoyed the personal service provided.

A very nice house in a central location in peel. The house has everything you need with a large bed in master, 2 single beds in guest room, a smaller bathroom and adequate room in downstairs kitchen and living room. Everything Peel is just a few steps from the house.

The cottage was beautiful and supplied with everything we needed - lots of good kitchen equipment and perfectly clean.Parking in that whole part of Peel is a bit tricky, but that can't be helped.

Love this cottage in the heart of Peel. A beautifully decorated and equipped little cottage in an amazing location right next to the beach and the promenade. A lot of thought has gone into the renovation of this property and the decor and contents are of a high standard. Everything you could need is there and we especially enjoyed the log burner and the super king sized bed in the main bedroom. We could not find a fault with this accommodation and having stayed in many self catering places in Peel when visiting family, this cottage is definitely one of the best weve used. I would not hesitate in recommending this accommodation and I hope to use it again in the future. Thanks to Island Escapes for marketing this little gem and for organising our ferry crossing at a discounted price.

Excellent stay in a lovely refurbished cottage near all amenities. Booked at short notice so very happy that we could be accommodated.

Excellent cottage had a lovely time, enjoyed the Isle of Man and Peel, it was our first visit. Cottage was well equipped and nicely decorated. Cottage was very clean but gave it a 4 as the oven was dirty, first time we used it had to open the windows as everywhere full of acrid smoke. Took an hour to clean the oven( thick black substance all over bottom). But other than that absolutely no complaints. Christmas decorations and tree were lovely and very much appreciated as was the welcome pack on arrival. Would definitely recommend.

A family funeral required a short stay on the island. 15 Duke Street provided the perfect, restful place to stay. Spotlessly clean, all facilities, perfectly located for the beach, castle, pub/eating places and shops.
