Port Erin offers the perfect base for a holiday to the Isle of Man. Enjoy a ride on the Steam Railway through to Douglas, the station is only 2 minutes walk from Frontignac. For those who enjoy walking there are many great walks to be had from the front door, including to Bradda Head and Fleshwick bay to the north and the Calf Sound right round to Port St Mary from heading south. A boat trip to, or around the Calf of Man is also a must do experience whilst staying here, with the boats leaving from the harbour a short walk away. For the more adventurous there are a number of watersports businesses operating close by. Try your hand at sailing, paddleboarding or kayaking to name just a few activities on offer.

Loved our stay here - watching the sea from the balcony every morning, the stunning kitchen, and the little extra touches, all made this a really lovely stay
We were lucky enough to enjoy wonderful weather. One observation: as the property is so close to the beach it would have been great if deck chairs were provided so we could sit in the sun. There is a balcony but the sun doesnt come around to it until late evening.
Great location layout and house. Perfect for a multi generational return to the island. Loved it. Would have appreciated a few more basics - salt pepper kitchen roll more loo rolls for a property for 8.. however wed now know for next time!
As you can see we were very happy with our accommodation and enjoyed our stay at Frontignac, however, the element of pettiness was evident. When you have 8 people staying in a property and have paid over 1500, surely it isnt too much to ask for a dishwasher tablet for each day and one toilet roll per person! We did not want to have to purchase such basic items on our holiday.
Lovely location clean with all the amenities.Would have been nice to have decaf tea and coffee. Overall very nice place
We couldn't have chosen a more perfect property. The house catered for all our needs and the view is out if this world. Free parking right outside. The hot water went off but a call to Island Escapes and Alex came and fixed that within half an hour and gave us some recommendations of what to see. He was super helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.
Very good stay in a comfortable well equipped property in a wonderful position. Would recommend for a seaside break.
This was our second visit to Frontignac in a month and as before it was excellent. Located 20m from the beach, it has stunning views of the sea, Port Erin and Milners Tower (which is a nice walk away). Shops, bars and restaurants in Port Erin are about 100m away - so everything is nearby. The house itself is great (we are a family of 4 adults), beds comfortable, the living area and balcony area are ideal for watching life and nature, the kitchen has everything you need and the showers were great - hot and decent pressure. Would come back again - one of the best places weve stayed at n the Island.
What an amazing house! Spacious and comfortable, a great location in Port Erin. Even in the rain the views were stunning.

The location is excellent, beautiful sea view and right on the beach front and walking distance to all the shops. Well equipped. Perfect for a family get together.

Great house, great location. One thing we felt would have been helpful , waste bins in bathrooms, and possibly bedrooms.Everything else up to the standard of Island Escape Properties that we have come to expect .
This is a lovely house overlooking the beach at Port Erin. Well equipped and was perfect for eight of us.
