Access to outdoor area via large French doors where you can find outside seating & fire pit.

Second Kitchen: If you plan on hosting an event and wish to book a dining experience, the second kitchen could prove to be especially useful. Fully equipped second kitchen with oven, hob & microwave.

Living area: Two comfortable sofas, coffee table & smart TV.

Second living area: Large sofa bed (available to book as a booking extra), desk, chair, smart TV.

Boot Room: Benched seating and coat hooks to store muddy boots and wet coats after a dog walk!

Utility Room: Two washing machines, two tumble dryers and basin.

Games Room: Complete with a bar, pool table, TV & comfortable lounge chairs - the games room offers a perfect space to get together.

Therapy & Treatment Suite: Therapies and treatments can be booked as an extra & you can enjoy them without the need of leaving the property. The Therapy & Treatment Suite is equipped with its own showers and private therapy & treatment rooms.

Accessibility: Please note, Lilac House may not be suitable for those with reduced mobility. The property can be accessed via the front door where there is one step up or a ramp up to the boot room door.

Damage: Important! We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we now take a £35 fee from each booking as a damage waiver. This is included in the price you pay and covers you for up to £500 worth of accidental damages to the property that would occur whilst you are staying.
