The property features two spacious double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, ensuring both comfort and privacy during your stay. A fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable sitting room provide everything you need to relax and unwind, while the first-floor balcony offers breathtaking views across Gansey Bay and Brewery Beach. Whether you're enjoying a quiet morning coffee or watching the sun set over the sea, the scenery is simply unforgettable.

Located next door to the Shore Hotel at Gansey, guests are just steps away from delicious locally sourced food and traditional Manx ales in a welcoming pub atmosphere. If you’d like to enjoy breakfast at the Shore Hotel, it can be arranged for £18 per person. Breakfast is served from 8:00am, with the latest arrival at 9:30am, and bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance. When making a reservation at the restaurant, please mention that you are a guest of The Old Boathouse.
